Tony continued to compete during the year. Even learned how to calf rope on foot. Tony was able to compete at World Gay Rodeo Finals (WGRF) 2016 in Goat Dressing with partner Thomas McCarthy in Las Vegas Nevada.

Tony, traveled to Pennsylvania to help the Key Stone Gay Rodeo Association in fundraising for their first rodeo. Tony had attended multiple conventions and also a delegate for North Star. Tony has also been alternate trustee during the year at various rodeos around the circuit. This year tony remained busy in the IGRA circuit. Competing is not the only thing Tony has done on the circuit. Tony has also timed at various rodeos during the 2017 rodeo season. Tony Has served as the Events and Fundraising Chair for the North Star Gay rodeo Association.

Tony has worked hard with fundraising not only just for North Star, but also with and other community organizations and charities around the Minneapolis/ Saint Paul area. Tony has continuously worked with the leather community, pup community, The Imperial Court of Minnesota, and other clubs in the community including North Star Gay Rodeo Associations Charity Partner, The Aliveness Project.
